Devimco
Expertise
With several agencies involved across different areas of its business, Devimco needed a common direction to structure its campaigns and ensure continuity across creative, media, and activations. Rinaldi took on this anchoring role, from communications planning through to the production of campaign assets.
Devimco needed to strengthen consideration among buyers by bringing greater consistency to its communications as a whole.
However, this ambition had to come to life within a complex ecosystem. Digital performance, creative, and media management were distributed among several partners. Without a common framework, campaigns risked becoming fragmented across channels, formats, and times of the year.
The challenge was therefore to create more than a series of assets: it was to establish a direction capable of connecting all initiatives and moving projects forward in a cohesive way.
Rinaldi structured Devimco’s communications plan by organizing campaign timing, communication angles, media placements, and on-the-ground activations.
The agency also created all campaign assets, which were then shared with other partners for adaptation: newsletters, brochures, out-of-home advertising, event materials, prospecting tools, sales office signage, and construction site hoardings.
This central role ensured continuity across campaigns, while allowing messaging to evolve in response to market realities. The target audience remained consistent, but the arguments were continually adapted based on observed barriers, market realities, and real estate market conditions.
The mandate gave Devimco a more cohesive communications framework, allowing each partner to contribute from a shared direction.
This way of working strengthened alignment between messaging, creative, media, and the various touchpoints, while giving the brand the flexibility it needed to respond to market opportunities and remain relevant to buyers.
